Okay - is there any other plug and play options like the Triton V6 bulbs?
After Tundra front blinkers, Tundra rear blinkers, Tundra rear brakes, Lexus rear Brakes, Lexus rear blinkers, Lexus front blinkers - I’m over $600 LMAO

ETA - I have the 2018 LED’s on the Tundra in front

Yes I used these on my Honda
    http://www.vleds.com/shop-bulb-numbers/7443/7443-6-hv-a.html

I also used vled resistors. Every car when converting signals from holegens to led will require resistors.

Dang. So you have to tap into your factory wiring? I know it’s just a t-tap, but I hate using those whenever possible.

Finally, after an unexpected day off and the temps in the lower 70's, got the VLED bulbs in the OEM Tundra housings. As suspected but not comfirmed had to install resistors with the back turn signals to rid hyperflash. Have resistors with the front Tritons installed but didn't carry over. Thrilled beyond belief, I'm sure that a vehicle a mile back saw my turn signals last night. IMHO LED's in the back are the way to go.
Picts are in the daylight but obvious improvement. Next step is the Third Brake light.

Still working fine but some of the reviews don’t look promising.

    @iHacker

So I am installing these on my 2017 Tundra. I know down the road I plan on installing led turn signals in the rear. Will this resistor be okay to stay in the front and to use in the back when I add those? Or should I change the front and add a different one in the rear?

These are the front turn signals

    These are the resistors.

One of my front signals just went out so I'm looking to replace with a "plug and play" LED.

Any long term updates for those who upgraded? I don't care about brighter, I just want LEDs to do exactly what the factory bulbs do but hopefully last longer (2017 SR5 with about 38k miles).

    Thanks!

Added the JDM Astars to my Canadian 2018 TRD Sport - no hyperflash and super bright. Five minutes to install. Highly recommend.

Reading through the thread @r1-superstar linked, it seems like it depends on whether or not your truck came with LEDs from the factory. If it didn't and you want a plug-n-play option you'll need to buy the VLEDs (https://www.vleds.com/vehicle-specific/toyota/tundra.html)

Will be 2 yrs on front in May 20 and in November of 20 on the rear, VLEDS Triton with plug and play with resistors in front. And yes resistors in the back with the non Triton bulbs. Do not be afraid of resistors, and the price of VLEDS. Have LED front H/L and still need resistors on all 4 corners. Hyper-flash without and no Hyper-flash with resistors while installing. Have not re-visited since installation. As soon as VLED has the the 921 for the cargo lights and the 3rd brake lights I will complete the LED set up. good luck all,

I used JDM Astar bulbs and resistors. Switchbacks in front and regular in rear. You have to have a resistor at each light. No issues with them.

They already have these. They list up to '17 but I would imagine they are the same for an '18.

Thanks for all the input. I ended up just doing the DRL disable mod + new OEM bulbs and sockets (both sockets showed signs of overheating). By eliminating the daytime running lights (DRL) I have hopefully solved the overheating issue and thus won't have to replace bulbs and/or sockets as often.

    LED headlamps/fogs; interior footlamps.
I like "hyperflash", more noticeable, I also run headlights instead of DRLs, drls not bright enough, I want to be NOTICED well before impacts!!! Plus no resistors = less amp draw on system, more power for Tunes!!!
