So i just got off the phone with Liz at Toytech, she mentioned that she is the one who actually puts together the events.
She said that June is what they are shooting for next year, but they wont have a date until February/March for a variety of reasons.

She did mention that they could be open to hosting another meet and greet for us Tundras.com folks like they have done in the past.

So considering the date polls, we will be doing this thing in June whether it's centered around Toytech's event or not.
Now we can figure out the where, and that will likely help us narrow the dates down a little better.

Colorado folks: I saw some chatter on here about a possible place that has cabins and camping? What is that place called, and where is it?
That might suit everyone as far as lodging goes (i.e. the glampers vs. the campers ) :D.

I'll be looking up places and posting what I find....they can give input then....since @Thegr8punkin said they will leave it in limbo....

    Gotcha.
Well as far as lodging goes, I think a campground of sorts would probably be the best option for our group.
If anyone has another idea, let's talk about it.

Damn, how have I not commented on this thread yet. Must be slipping

June's kind of hard time of year to take a trip for in my profession, but with the company evolving it may get easier. Would like to get together with everyone though!

There could still be a lot of snow in the high country in June. Just a heads up. We are supposed to get a lot of snow this year of the forecast holds. It will most likely still be pretty darn cold too.

That's a valid point, when I was a kid we always took trips with the four wheelers in late July-August for that reason.

Camping in June in CO is a risky proposition; can still snow and still cold up in them mountains.

My buddy owns a brewery in Estes. I would be willing to set up something to get a food truck and we could definitely go there to hangout. Not sure about places up there. Depending on headcount may need to find a camping spot that can hold everyone, or we could rent out the 4th floor at the Stanley Hotel.
