Not sure if it's a credible source or not, but here's some "questionable" at best info on the 2017 tundras.

Toyota’s Tundra is one of the company’s best-selling offerings and is probably the strongest car available by the manufacturer in the market. The Tundra is due for an upgrade and that is set to happen with next year’s upcoming release, the 2017 Toyota Tundra. Here is what we know about 2017 Tundra release date, pricing, engine and design info.

A few leaked images of the new car tell us what to expect, although not a sufficient amount of information has been provided regarding the much-anticipated truck

    Looks
The 2017 Tundra is expected to look much like the previous release. What you could expect to see is some changes along the front grill of the car and with the ten bumper, which will suit the new design. We also expect new headlights and taillights on the new truck.

The new truck is still rumored to retain its masculine and sturdy posture. On the insides, the car is expected to remain much the same, with some minor aesthetic improvements to the dashboard. The insides will also host improvements to the entertainment and safety fittings over this year’s release.

2017 Tundra’s seats will see touches of leather and soft materials with higher end models.

    Engine
The primary model of the 2017 Tundra will be made available with a 5.7-liter V8 engine that provides 810 horsepower. Post the release of the primary model you will see another two variants; 4.0-liter V6 engine that provides 270 horsepower and a 4.6-liter V8 engine that produces 310 horsepower.

There has been no official information on a diesel variant of the 2017 Tundra. But if Toyota does decide to come up with one, we expect to see it with a 5.0-liter turbo-charged engine producing 300 horsepower.

    Pricing and Release Date
Toyota’s 2017 Tundra is expected to make its debut next year, but we have no affirmation about when exactly it will be rolled out by the company. You may see the new truck come out sometime mid-next year.

Relying on the pricing scheme from former generations, the 2017 Tundra should start from $30,000 for the baseline model and go all the way up to $45,000 for the top tier.

All of that sounds about right except for 810 hp. Good luck with that. They would've had to of done some serious reworking of the 5.7 to get that kind of horsepower and not have it be unreliable and blow up. BS All of it.

Agreed, that number is a bit outrageous for any stock half ton pickup. It's a fun waste of 5 minutes tough :)

Yeah, it was decent reading other than the crazy 810 hp mentioned. I suppose if Toyota actually stays with the 5.7L (which I doubt) they could maybe tweak it to 410 hp. Doubtful. Gas mileage sucks already. My money is on a smaller engine with less hp but a lot more torque.

I would really like to see a boosted 4.6 L. I think it would shit all over the eco-boost.

I wouldn't be too surprised if a new engine were something similar^^^

I know it will be difficult, but I could live with 500 hp, haha.

Never know? Totally doable in my opinion.

Swap out everywhere that you see 2017 and replace it with 2014 and this is basically what's already sitting on the lots. 810 HP? That has to be a typo, I had a chat with a local tech and he mentioned that it was his understanding that the 5.7L is a 420 HP engine de-tuned to 381 HP for longevity. A tweak here and there to 410 HP would be reasonable. Until Toyota starts dropping prototypes at auto shows or publications print photos of test mules, there's nothing to write about. Motor Trend Magazine interviewed some Toyota fella, his only comment hinting at trucks was something about bringing the hybrid technology to them at some point. My guess would be that we'll see smaller displacement engines with turbos or electrical assist. I have zero speculative thoughts regarding a 3/4 ton, diesel or not. If pressed, I would say that it's never going to happen. FWIW :)

So basically ..........nothing new or relevant to keep up with the big 3. It's hard to imagine Toyota going with the 5.7L forward. I'll wait for the new version to appear at car/truck shows next year. Only then will we truly know what Toyota is up to.

Looking at the 810 HP article again, I think that the author mistyped the rating. 381HP, omit the three and put a zero behind it and you get 810. Kind of a dyslexic misread/type, or misreading and transposing of numerals.

The article linked by @Randy Morton hints at some electronic additions, keyless entry and start, but I can't tell if there're any exterior differences in the photos. I think that the 14+ trucks are gross and I don't really know if the images show any changes as I don't look at the current ones.
