Hidden 30" LED Bar

Hey y'all, sorry if this is a nub question. I have a single row 30" led row collecting dust. Was thinking of putting it in that lower slit in the bumper. Was wondering if anyone knew of some brackets that would work? Preferably pretty cheap... All I can find is ones for facelifted Tundras.

Was lookin' at these but the review has me worried low key. Especially since its a Taco in their thumbnail...

 

Rago Fabrication has one that keep the bar behind the bumper plastic bars. They're what I used.




Rigid makes some that require the bumper to be trimmed.

 

It is a Taco bracket, and requires modding. I’ve used Taco brackets on a few Tundras. Turns out nice with some work, but that may not be for everyone.

Yes sir, if you use a 30” with taco brackets you need spacers.

To be honest, they're a little pricy for me.

Looks killer! Modding how? I'm trying to keep the Tundra stock as possible but don't mind busting the tools out

 

Some trimming and cutting for clearance, can’t remember if the holes needed some tweaking. I have pics of some of the installs, if you can wait till this evening I’ll share.

I’m sorry, didn’t realize you had a second gen.. It requires a 24” light bar on them, and you basically swap sides with the brackets, but I haven’t done it myself. So I’m no help.

 

I like the hidden light bars, but doesn't having a big grill sitting right in front of the light bar produce grill-like shadows in the projected illumination? Also, is there a heat issue that might melt the grill, or do the lights run cool?
