I put the Fox 3.0 IFP Coilovers on my 18 Crewmax and have loved them so far. I also have the SPC UCAs and those are great too.

Just this week I started to notice an odd thud/clunk noise coming from the driver side suspension area when going over small bumps in the road at 10-15mph+. I had my UCAs greased up not too long ago so I dont think it's that....

anyone have a good step by step self diagnosis to try?

I’d think it’s likely the control arms. Have ya checked torque specs?

I have not. I've had them on for 6 months (5k miles) and they never made that noise before. last greasing was about 5k miles ago, so I'm going to do that first. I bought one of those grease guns and the valvoline grease with molybdenum.

Ok, I just remember one of the 'Zona boys had a clunk noise as well and it went away when he tightened up the bolts on his UCA/LCA's. Could be helpful or not.

I think that's probably what it'll come down to.

by torque settings...that's the tightness of the bolts right? I have one of those ratchet wrenches where you can adjust the tightness

You need a pretty big torque wrench! How are your tires wearing? Sometimes the alignment shop doesn’t tighten the lower control arm cam eccentric’s enough. Find out all the torque specs and check everything.

Tire wear has been normal for 5k miles. I have slight wear on the outside of the tires due to cornering, but again it's not bad at all and seems totally normal.

Long story, but I had the SPC UCAs installed by a jeep shop and the alignment felt totally off when I go the truck back...to the point where it felt dangerous to drive on the highway as it would drift in and out of lanes super easily. I took the truck to an offroad specific Toyota shop here in Denver, RSG Offroad, and they realigned it to where the truck drove great after that. they also greased up my UCA ball joint about 5k miles ago.
