This weekend I opened up @Bo-Hunter 's new 2019 Pro lights he got from @Roman to replace the amber reflectors with some Klearz smoked side reflectors and figured I would take a bunch of pictures of the internals of the 2018/19 LED headlights just in case it's useful to anyone at some point. Pics below.

As far as opening them, I did 240*F for 20 mins. Start at the bottom, break the seal with a flat head and then dig for the back of the lens and get some expanding pliers on there and work your way around. These were brand new Pro lights right out of the box and they opened up pretty easy. Obviously only attempt this at your own risk. Getting the permaseal off the lenses sucked and took forever, but it's important to get them resealed.

Will get better day pics, but here is what they look like installed with the Klearz sidemarkers and @iHacker harness making it all happen with this 2009 truck's wiring

As if that truck isn't already BA enough! I hope I get to see it in person some day. Gotta get him out here for some desert wheeling. Nice work @GreatAvalon

Hahaha right! This thing is begging to be wheeled - it's seriously an honor to contribute to it in any way lol.

Thanks! No surprise, they work flawlessly with your harness right from initial installation - you even installed the new 10A fuse in the add-a-fuse. Top-notch.

Ha, I feel the same way. Check the AIP kit. Plus he's the nicest guy imaginable to do something for.

Haha, I saw that AIP kit - looks great, love that braided thick line. Seems like a smart mod to get the intakes up out of the wheel well.

And agreed - glad I connected with him.
