    Let’s get a few things straight-
    Any GB is purely out of the good will of said vendors heart.
    I’ve known Josh and Miranda for 3-4 years on a personal level. They’re the nicest people I’ve met, and I’ll always have their back, as they’ve had mine and others.

    They do very well for what they do. They just built a new building and are building their staff of 12+ amongst raising a sweet infant baby girl. They’ve barely have had time to breathe, let alone for themselves.

    They’ve run many successful GB’s on TW. There’s a lot that goes into it.

    I spoke with him today, expressing your concerns of many only wanting a front plate, gas skid, etc. He’s going to think on it. Hell, 20% off $500+ is a great deal as is. They’re very far from cocky and arrogant, but I’ll speak for him. If you want to place a standard order of just a skid, they’ll probably still discount you something out of their kindness - but sometimes fabricating these one piece skids, powdercoating, and shipping them for a big discount just isn’t always worth it.

    If this isn’t for you- then wait for it to be.

    Thanks for the update and I appreciate any discount RCI is kind enough to offer. I chose to spend my money with RCI already and have their full skid set on my truck. I’m just swapping out my gas tank to the 38gal tank and only need that skid.
    Either way I’ll be buying their 38gal tank skid.

    This is the first time I've seen some members gripe about terms of a group buy. A group buy not long before the annual holiday sale discount. A response was proferred but not good enough? You got to be kidding me. RCI are good people and was put on display at yesterday's 1st open house that was well attended. This group buy thing was started by us not RCI. We are not in a position to make demands. My 2cents.

    For what it's worth I saw a fresh batch of both sizes ready for powder coating yesterday. RCI has dropped some serious scratch on their manufacturing process. Nothing outsourced. I spent some time before I left yesterday talking with one of the machine operators. Definitely proud of his work. Actually everyone was allowed to peruse the manufacturing areas. Highly organized as it should be. Plenty of RCI employees and families on hand if not most of them. Was quite pleased and impressed.

    Yup I will do that some day hopefully next year or maybe when I purchase the next gen tundra that would be the trip to take in it to test it

    I will get the full set: engine, transfer, and tank. I will eventually get all of them, anyway. A 20% discount is too good to let it pass.
    I have never bought with a group buy. Should we just go a head and call RCI to place the order?

    Is rust an issue with these. I aware they pour battery acid on the roads up here
