TRD Air Filters, Front door windows tinted to match the rears. Wheel locks, Talons Garage cat shield, Tyger Automotive soft tonneau cover, WeatherTech floor mats with Tuff Skinz Custom Emblem kit, Toyota OEM Emblem Black Out kit. AVS vent covers on all four doors, Red Tundra letters on front bumper & TRD highlighted in Red on front grille. Tailgate Tundra Letters in Black.
    Looks like a deal!

Check out my profile, mine was $900 installed by BestBuy but I used Alpine and Pioneer with Kicker wires / fuse system under the hood. If mine was $900 your retail price is right there.

Give them a call to see if it’s legit?

I cant say anything about that specific jbl setup, but i can vouch for James at tech12volts. He answered about 30 of my questions and i ended up buying everything except the stealthbox from him.

For that price, you cant go wrong. I say go for it, and give us a good review!

Like @Danimal86, I bought most of my stereo from James at Tech12volts. He answered dozens of questions and responded quickly even at 11pm on a Saturday. I do not have the kit you referenced, but it will be a solid upgrade. Note: those are true JBL brand speakers and amp, not the crappy JBL labeled paper speakers that came in my Tundra

I can't comment on the package that you selected but will definitely vouch for James. I upgraded my head unit through him and had a custom built box. When the head unit acted up and was requested by Kenwood to be sent back, James came to my house to swap it out. Awesome guys!!!

I saw James posted this a few hours ago, if you wanted a dual sub setup.

I hated the factory HU and hate Entune. I went with the new Pioneer w/ Wireless CarPlay. I am prob $3500 into it at this point incl labor.

I was dead set on the Alpine ILX-107 w/ Wireless CP, but then my shop showed me the new Pioneer with more features and same price point.

Are you more interested in a double din touch screen or a single din?

Pioneers deh 80pr single din is damn near a digital sound processor.
Tweeter, mids, sub crossovers, and a bandpass crossover for mids.
    Time alignment.
30 band eq for left and right channels independently.
And a few other nice features.
Can be had for under $300. Probably $275 if you shop around.

They also have a couple others ranging from $100 to i think about $200 single dins that have very similar audio features.

Their double din touch screen models get kinda confusing. They have a bunch but the different features offered vary all over the place.

I still perfer the single din units. The audio options on just their $110 units are pretty damn amazing.

Did you only upgrade the HU? If so, does it put our worthwhile sound? Thinking of doing this exact setup, but am on the fence with upgrading speakers right away cause $$$.

I have upgraded many things in this truck so far. Audio-wise, as I mentioned before I went with the AVH-W4400NEX, however I have now discovered that it is one of the only Pioneer units that unable to be bypassed to allow all functions (such as DVD play) during motion. This is caused by the fact that the “safeguards” are tied to the internal GPS. When we tried unplugging that and hoping it would just rely upon the phone GPS thru CarPlay, neither the phone or the headunit navigation worked at all. So, I am swapping in the flagship 8400 which I believe can be successfully bypassed. Also, went with a Kenwood 5ch amp, Infinity Kappa series components in front doors/dash (removed unnecessary center speaker), Infinity Kappa in rear doors and a custom built box behind rear seat with 2 shallow mount 10in Heitz subs. The subs took some trial and error but this set up sounds best. Also, installed Compustar Alarm/Remote Start and Dronemobile. Believe it or not, these dont even come with automatic headlights that come on at dusk, so had aftermarket installed. Also, had supplemental bed LED lights installed. Have had other smaller improvements made, but those are the major ones.

I bought the 8400 and will be installing soon. Have you done the swap yet or figured out if it can be bypassed?

@james@tech12volts is legit and good people. I have that jbl 10 sub in my truck. Actually just got it hooked up to an aftermarket amp (kenwood HU) yesterday and I’m amazed at how good it sounds. Really glad I put a remote bass knob on my small amp or I would have to turn everything off with kids in truck. I have door speakers from him on the way
