Sorry for the late response; I had to look up the name: Anza-Borrego Desert State Park- Borrego Palm Canyon.
:( tough times. I also have an extra 72 hours of work scheduled this month. It's sucks, but money at the end offsets the degree of suck.

:( Yeah. Salary. And military. Always promises that 'it will all even out' but it never does. Sorry, buddy.

Not going to be making this one either guys. Sorry I have not ben on here in a while. I am still dealing with my moms health issues. Camping and exploring are on the back burner right now. It have been a goal of mine this year to get to Anza Borrego and it does not look like it is going to happen.

They're dropping like flies. I'll check my deodorant, but I think we're down to just two groups. @Porschetech29 , can I just roll with your group?

you wash that mud off yet? I spent $30 at the car wash before I gave up because I was too hungover haha I only got about a quarter of the mud off. Now its turned into cement and I'm not looking forward to stripping everything down and cleaning it properly fml

When I dropped Jimmy and his son off we stopped at a car wash near his house. I spent at least 30 mins just using the pressure washer to get the mud off. I gave up at that point but put a solid dent in it. Wednesday I tried again locally and there was still a boat load of mud. I got most of it off but there is still a bunch stuck in hard to reach places. I need a lift to do it properly.
Yeah it’s going to suck taking skids off that are full of mud. IH8MUD Hahaha

I think the pressure washer makes it harder. It seems like if I do a slow soak with a garden hose, that it get soft and falls off easier. Thats how I've done it in the past. But it literally takes 4 hours to clean all the mud off. Not joking

Can everyone bring at least 1 bundle of firewood? I have a giant metal ring I can bring for a group campfire. My group dissolved a bit, too, with people dropping last minute so we might be able to just do one group.
