Anybody in here in this area?
See lots of Tundra's, and I do mean lots of them in this area. Probably mostly due to the refineries, but still anyone?
Maybe I should start taking pictures...

Same here actually. There might be someone on the 409tundras FB group that does it, not really sure but it'd be awesome to find someone that can do BMC's

I still haven’t checked the place out since it opened. Gonna have to go check it out maybe give my alignment another go there instead of the dealership.

A few beers if I had my own machine. I’d assume they would only charge you like 30 mins of miscellaneous work which isn’t much. But don’t quote me on that lol

Close enough. I'll bet more than 20% of the people in Kirbyville work in Beaumont.

My school became a 3A after I graduated and we started playing Kirbyville in football so they aren't too far out there.

I drove and old muscle car when I was in highschool so I didn't spend any time in the mud or on trails and it's been 18 years since I lived there.

I had a friend that got his full-size Blazer stuck under the HWY 96 Village Creek Bridge just North of Lumberton. It's long, muddy and full of deep rutts, but you have to be careful not to hit the bridge pillars.

Otherwise, I remember riding dirt bikes with a friend at an old sand pit somewhere off of HWY 105 between Vidor and Evadale. It was pretty nasty there, but who knows if it's even still accessible.

You may want to check for some logging roads around Kountze. Also check out Bragg Road in Saratoga. I always heard about people getting stuck out there at night when they went to see the "Saratoga Lights". The locals call it Bragg Light. National Geographic said they think it's swamp gasses glowing that cause moving lights to float through the forest in the area.

Those are my best suggestions for you.

Bad thing about village creek is all the trash people leave behind. No telling what’s buried in the mud.
Don’t believe I’ve ever heard of the Saratoga lights. Gotta check that out

I agree about the trash at Village Creek, but I always thought mudding was a rather foolhardy way to enjoy a 4x4. I've seen plenty of trucks with bent frames from it. I worked on one the hit a submerged stump with one rear tire, sheared the locating pin off of the leaf pack and racked the rearend so it drove down the road at an angle like the rear of the truck was catching up to pass the front.

Another new lifted Duramax on 38's blew the engine offroading by over-revving while over fueling it with a power programer. The rat told his insurance company that he slid off the road in a heavy rain storm and the front of the truck went under water. His insurance was paying for a new engine not knowing that he destroyed it offroading.

He was being really difficult and demanding that we finish the repair faster than was reasonable. I told him that there was no water in the intake or intercooler so I knew that his story was bogus and the insurance company might be interested in what I found. He suddenly became very easy to work with and stopped harassing us to finish in and unreasonable time frame.

I've never been to see the Saratoga Lights personally, but there's a lot of folk-lore and ghost stories about it in Hardin County.
