Ok everybody, what the heck is the coffee cup light? It doesn’t make sense to me, so what the heck is it?

Is that the one that tells you to take a break from driving?

Actually it’s a sway sensor, telling you to take break, assumes you’re falling asleep.

I drive a windy country road with narrow lanes a couple times a month. I must drive it sloppily, because I get the coffee cup and a “please take a break!” message after crossing the narrow shoulder one too many times!

Geez....they gotta be kidding! Every day offers more proof that the '13 was the last of the best. And even it has half a dozen more nannies than I'd prefer.

No, part of TSS so '18 and up only. It's useless crap. Hate all of TSS so far. If you turn LDA (Lane Departure Assist) off the coffee cup thing can't work its magic.

Lol, the TSS package is awesome. At least, adaptive cruise is awesome. I’ll put up with a coffee cup logo on the screen once a month if needed.

Yep, same here. First thing I turned off was the stupid LDA within the first five miles of driving my new 2018. I live on a rural, narrow, winding road and lane departures are SOP. BSM (Blind Spot Monitor) is okay I guess but it never surprises me, I always know who (and what) is around me. The RCTA (Rear Cross Traffic Alert) is excellent, warns me when I back out of a blind parking space that I would have no way of seeing cars or people.

Its on my Tacoma and new tundra. I've never seen it come up, even on long drives. Same with the TSS. I maxxed out sensitivity and it never activates. Like it's not even there at all. ACC on the other hand is great!

Maybe you can change the parameters in the settings? That seems like a small amount of time?
