While waiting for the new knuckle, I created a new gill using a replacement grill cutout in bolt on the ornamental metal screen.IMG_1693.jpg

Haha, good catch. Took 3 weeks to order from McNeil Racing, picked it up, installed and removed for the paint.

Those fenders look BA! Sorry if i missed it, but do you plan on going full long travel? If so which brand do you have your eye on? And would you do something to keep tracking close since the long travel will throw the front tires way wider than the rear?

I will enjoy the M/T for sometime. Total Chaos is in my view also. Maybe save up for my Gen2 mod.

Would you recommend the mid travel? Besides the obvious price that is not as insane as an L/T

So far I am happy with my setup M/T, not much different in price between M/T and L/T if start from scratch.
If you still want fully functional truck bed and don't want to spend additional few grands for cantilever then M/T is the choice.

Since adding the glass fender, the old bumper won't line up the fender line and I want a little more aggressive look and higher clearance, new bumper is needed.
The old bumper made out of 1/4" mild steel winch mount and 3/16" plate and weighted 110 lbs, the new bumper will be 3/16" mild steel winch mount and 1/8" chromoly plate.
Some update on the winch mount and bumper shape.

Still trying to figuring out the front wobbling, the new headlight arrive so I decided to swap out the lens. I did retrofit few year back with Morimoto bi-xenon with the oxidized lens and keep restore it so I decided buying new headlight and just swap out the lens.

Do you plan on getting bedsides to match? Can you take pictures of how the body line of how the truck looks how you have it? I want to order only the flare fenders but idk if ill like it only being wide in front. Any comments on how you feel about it?

So far I haven't heard any negative feedback about the rear yet and I am thinking to keep this for awhile.
Maybe trim up the gap of the rear fender

Hopefully there is a Moab or Denver Trip planned for next year sometime. But I’m really hoping to make it to Tundras to Sedona in the spring if all else fails.

Ii made by plastic and looks very stout. There is not much rain in Socal so I am not really worry and I think it should be okay.
