    What he said.
Ended up with a 14" one, picks up what I want. The OEM one scrapped the roof of my carport.

I've never heard of a stubby antenna that was worth anything. I broke mine off and bought one that was 3 inches shorter than the original so it didn't hit my garage door and even that, you can tell a difference in reception.

Got a 14” rubber one from autozone for $10. Seems to work pretty good. Haven't gone out of the city to really test it tho.

I ordered my stubby () from Amazon from the antenna source store. Works almost as good as the whip it replaced, at least in the area I drive, looks a ton better too.

I've had antennaX, ami, and various other stubbies. None worked as well as the OEM whip. I ended up going in the opposite direction and got a Nestah edition ...

Revive an older thread, lol. Why didn’t you guys just cut down the stock one? I did that on my Jeep. Hell you can even dip it in paint or plasti-dip afterwards.

Mine is the 6 inch AntennaMastsRUS from Amazon. I don’t hear any difference from stock AM and FM. But I also haven’t been out in remote areas either... then again in remote areas I don’t listen to the radio...
