I couldn't be happier with my decision ! I ended up getting a 2008 Tundra crewmax 5.7 SR5. Actually got to tow with it for the first time last weekend, had about the same load as the last trip with my 05 avalanche. This time got almost double the fuel mileage !! 13.5 mpg. I really like this truck !! still deciding on wheels and tires, but in no rush because it has brand new tires on it now. IMG_9015.jpg IMG_8962.jpg IMG_8966.jpg

Hey I meant to ask you, what tires do you have currently? Bridgestone duelers?

Nice choice bud! From my experience (just got 275/70r18 a little over a month ago) they do damn well in every condition I've ridden mine through. I live in south La so I can't comment on snow performance and too early to tell on tread wear but if the reviews are right, I'm looking at a solid 50-60k life! everything else is great!
