    It would be hard for me to work there with that kind of management. I would have to "constructively" let them know that your production may start reflecting the management / purchasing practices. Not sure if I could bust my ass to get something done when they cannot do their job very well.

    I am guessing that it makes more sense in their head to make one large order; less paperwork and shipping costs. They are not factoring in the projected O.T., fatigue, stress, safety, etc. on the actual people who are getting the work done.

    Sounds like a poorly ran family business.
