    Hey Tundra family,
    Need some feedback here. An installer just installed a Toytec Radflo Lift Kit for my 2015 Tundra Limited 4X4 with stock control arm (getting new upper control arm next week) and then when I took it for a drive, the 4x4 Hi Lo lights were flashing and the ABS and DSC lights were on. I got disappointed and annoyed and took the truck back.

    The installer tried tightening some wires and whatever and it still didn't do the job. He says I need to get a new alignment done. I was like ok, I am not taking this truck home until the issue is resolved.

    What could be wrong with my truck?
    @Toytec Lifts and others.

    Sounds like ABS sensor. Maybe @T-Rex266 can advise.

    Most likely stretched the abs sensor wire. He’s going to try to blame it on the zero point calibration but all those lights wouldn’t be on.

    Ok that's a starting point thanks guys. If the ABS Sensor wire is stretched, what is the solution how can it be fixed?

    When it stretches too far the wires in the harness "open" up. They break in two. A replacement speed sensor harness I think is around $100. Maybe more. Very easy to swap out.

    Thanks Matt. I will give that feedback to the installer. He kept on saying the alignment will fix it.

    Probably wouldn't hurt to have that chart quick linked here for lack of better words. Maybe the 1st gen chart too. ??

    See Info Page DeChroming... in progress.
    There is a video on YouTube about a guy installing his own Bilstein’s up front. I’ll find it later tonight. But it details the process and that specific wire how you have to take care not to pull on it. Most likely the thing this guy says take care not to do, your installer did.

    Dud13 if you can please share that video that will be great.

    So the alignment didn't do anything and the installer has ordered the ABS Line for the passenger side from Toyota. The part # is 90947-A2090. Is that the part wire you are talking about?

    Will get that delivered on Tuesday and I'll see if that resolves the problem.

    I saved it to a photo album on my phone along with stuff like my health insurance card and torque specs. That way I always have it and other important shit in my pocket without taking up precious cargo shorts room.
