Please tell me those white marks didn't come from the white car parked right next to it.

Accidents happen. Take care of the repairs and insurance.

I would be mad, no doubt about that. However, my queen is not worth losing over anything else. Vehicles are repaired every day.

My two cents: if it's gonna be done at all it has to be done right. Agreed with the above comments, it sucks, but time will heal a good bit of that, though not all of it.

I would guess 3500 at least.

That’s one common place for people to wreck. Mostly from people that are not used to driving a big truck.

My queen hates driving my Duramax due to its size, for this exact reason.

Door is easy replacent. The part behind the door will need to go to a shop to pull, fill, sand and paint.

You tell him the same way that he would tell you if he had crashed your vehicle. Accidents do happen and the most important thing is that you are alive and well. After all, things could have been worse.

Now, as for the damage, it will all depends on the type and magnitude. If you had supplied photos of the damages, it would be a bit easier to provide a guess-timate. But just to give you an idea, last year we had a hurricane (Irma) come through South Florida. It literally blew a big tree branch into my driver’s side door on my 10 CM. So, the insurance appraiser came out and estimated the damages would be $940 to replace the door, glass, and other parts. So, I had the repair done at the insurance company’s recommended repair shop with full warranty. All is well, ends well. Good luck!

The only way to fix this is to head to the dealership before he gets back and bring home a 2019 TRD Pro
