    Regional dish. I spent some time in Ilocos Norte, Batac and Loag. Mostly fresh seafood, but still a lot of pork and chicken dishes. In Baguio City there was a lot of beef up there and great vegetables. A mile high. you could buy asparagus at the wet market. all kinds of different vegetables that you couldn't grow down at sea level.

    You need to go back.. and re-connect. My daughter was 18 months old went I brought her to USA. She needs to go back and experience the country where she was born. More important than a bucket list thing to do.
