    The snow is full on now in Hinton. Had 6” this morning. Ran the truck out to make a rig rental repair. First time I’ve had the truck on the washboard since the ome lift. By far the smoothest truck I’ve driven on the shit roads in the bush here. Really really glad with the way it felt. I was smashing potholes at 110 and just felt like I was floating. Anyway here’s to an Alberta September winter!

    Well the rig rental repair is a side gig I do for a friend. He rents sample shacks out to drilly rigs, so I get the maintenance contract:). My regular 9-5 is being a Operations Maintenance Planner for an oil company out here. Does the trick so far.
