So I'm having a lot of trouble installing the Spyder headlight and taillights on my 2014 Tundra Platinum. They said they would work with my truck when I purchased them. I put both of them in and so far all the following lights work (high beams, turn signal for both rear and front, brake lights, and reverse lights) but the DRL lights don't work for both the back and front lights and also the OLED strip on the headlights does not come on. Does anyone know what I need to do?

Did you but them direct or from a member on here? I don't want to sound rude, but did you check to make sure there are actual bulbs in all the sockets? When I installed mine the DRL's were not in there as well as the side lights(I don't know what they are called). It also took me a minute to realize that I needed to turn my truck on to a certain point to have the turn signals work. But mine were plug n play and the OLED strip wokred right from the get go. I did notice it flicker one time and I made sure the connections were good after that so maybe check the connections one more time? Also, what bulbs did you install, LED's, HID's or Halogens? That's all I got for you. Hoping someone more savvy than myself will hop in for advice.

I bought the headlights off of Amazon which came and the taillights on craiglist. Ill probably have to go back and check to make sure I have all the bulbs in. I have no idea what bulbs I installed, I took the bulbs out of the stocked headlights/taillights and used those.

The LED strips don’t turn on unless the parking light or the headlights are on. I’m assuming you already know that

on my 08, front, I had to tap into my side marker light for the front LED to come on when I use my stalk.

For the rear flip the plug in to reverse the polarity..... The brake and turn bulbs will work normally as you didn't remove them. the LED you had to remove the bulb and plug harness into the spyder.....so flip it around

    hola back

What am I doing wrong? ‘13 tundra, switching to spyder gen 2. Everything lines up great except these two guys. Bottom is from spyder, top is tundra.

Bottom looks like 194 bulb plug, so that should be where your 194 side marker light. Did you have level motors on your stock headlights? Looks like the 2nd plug

I did have level motors. Top is where I unplugged stock side marker light. Picture attached of that bulbs connector. Bottom is coming out from the new spyder lights, It looks like it might be for the led bar. Picture another picture attached of this. This plug doesn’t go into the factory harness, also doesn’t plug into bulb I pulled out from side marker connector.
I also added a picture of the back of the spyder.

It's weird cause it needs a twist type plug for it. Got a pic of the front or link to the lights you bought?
