So... I didn't want to spend much on a vinyl .. so I found an inexpensive one to see if I would like it or not...

    It's reflectivish.... I guess. Lol. But I like it. IMG_20180914_235654.jpg IMG_20180914_235557.jpg IMG_20180914_235642.jpg

Awesome truck man. I love those wheels. I told myself I would never buy a black truck again but it has me rethinking it.

I posted the following pics on the thread "@TundraTex Front/Rear Anytime Camera - FRAC Harness", but figured I'd share it here as well, since it can be applied to any front camera set-up, like for example with an Android head unit with video input.

I added a front camera with the FRAC harness. I have the TSS system in my Limited, so the TSS unit is behind the Limited grill emblem. There's space below the TSS unit to mount a camera, but I didn't want to drill a hole into the emblem, in fear of cracking / splintering it. I know there are mods to move the TSS unit with a new bracket on the Pro grill, but I kinda like my Limited grill. So I created a mounting "plate" out of 3mm black acrylic, utilizing existing grill screw locations. I mounted the switches on the "ledge" of the USB / Aux input panel; you need to solder the wires for clearance. First pic is one I took with the solder, second pic is what the ledge looks like complete (I took that pic from the FRAC thread; I forgot to take a pic of my finished ledge and it's a little wet outside right now thanks to Florence :(, but mine turned out exactly the same).

The black acrylic sheet and the camera were only $19.40 combined; I'll put the links for them below.

Bed lights w a rear mounted switch and they are triggered by the cargo circuit. Switch is 16 mm and almost the exact size of the existing (hole is 15mm). Switch illuminates when pressed on. tucked a relay behind the tail lights to give both options

Did your truck come with that style of key or did you have one made?

You have to bore out that hole by 1 mm to get the switch in there, and then use some brainpower to figure out how to tighten the nut on the back. I got the pigtail wiring connector too so I could extend the wiring so that once it's in there, I don't have to figure out how to connect the wiring. I'm not gonna lie, it's a little tricky getting it in there. Once I figured out how to do it on the driver side, it was easy to do it on the passenger side (switch activates my aux reverse lights).

Also, if anyone w/ a 18 is wondering, the cargo light wire in the drivers side door sill is a bright pink color. that's where i used a posi-tap and ran it to the rear.

I finally got around to installing my amp and sub, which I've had in my last 6 vehicles, including 3 Tundras. I think I got my money's worth out of this stuff. Same wiring, too!

The install took me around 3 hours, including answering the phone a few times. It might have taken me 30 minutes less, but Toyota elected to change up the wiring colors for the amp harness, but keep the same plug pinouts. That threw me for a temporary loop.

The amp is an Alpine MRV-250, installed under the driver's seat, and the sub is a JL Audio 8" W3 enclosure, installed behind the back seat on the driver's side. Integrates perfectly into the stock Entune system.
