Just out of curiosity I want to see what your opinions are on what you would have paid for the truck I bought last month. Its a 2016 TRD Pro crewmax in quicksand, its in almost new shape, has a spray in bedliner and nerf bars. It currently has 24,000 miles on it and theres nothing wrong with it. What would you pay?

That’s a really great looking truck! If it was Super White, probably worth 48K.
I’m thinking if you got it for under 44k you made a good deal.

I would agree with BlueKnights, but really what matters is do YOU feel like you got a good deal. A good deal leaves both parties feeling a little upset.

Okay, it’s about time for you to tell us what you paid.

Well I got it for 38,600. So that confirms that I felt like I got a good deal.

I’m going to out on a limb and call that “a steal”...

no, not a steal. a decent price, but not a steal.

    some folks way overvaluing pros.

OP that is an awesome looking truck and I'd have been very tempted by it myself at a fair price like that.

That’s solid. I was going to say 38,000 would be a smoking deal and 42 still worth it.

    You scored.

That’s a great price. Market reflects price. I was on the hunt for a used pro and hard to get one under 40 regardless of miles. So I’d say 38,600 with those miles is a steal.

Agreed. I have an order placed for a new one and there is a quicksand one in Houston that is tempting me. But they won’t go under 42 for it
