    Raid tick spray/fogger.
Most ticks cannot live inside a home, they will die within 24 hours.

Guinea hens. They will eat every tick you have. And you can get eggs too, although you will have to search for them. They lay in random places, sometimes accidentally. Actually in your house :notsure:

I just checked the girls to make sure they had none....they are good. Made my oldest check me...she says I'm good. Just pulled off a tick from the dog, found one on his bed, found one on my foot earlier and then found one on a towel that was left in the floor by a kid.

I would go with the bird poop too. But the ticks come in from outside. Get you 4 guineas for the yard, they're fickle birds and will fly away even, if you feed them. So clip their wings. Two weeks, no more ticks and random eggs all over the place.

Don’t take the dogs to where ever you took them on your last outing :)
Around here we have deer ticks, and they are supposed to like areas by a river where deer travel frequently.
I’ve hunted in the sticks my entire life (even in shorts and flip flops for Archery Elk September when it’s still hot) and I’ve NEVER had a tick. I’ve cleared tons of logs/brush on our property the past 4 years and nothing.
Then just recently my sons friend came over, they went down to our creek - and the friend came back with a tick on him (my kids had been down there hundreds of times and nothing).
Neighbor has lived here for 40 years and never heard of or seen a tick.
Apparently they just really like some people/dogs more than others.

Calling the exterminator first thing in the morning. I am having them bomb my house and do whatever to my backyard. Gonna get this done while the kids are with their dad and it's just me and the animals. I'll board the dog and take the rabbits with me to wherever I go. This is so frustrating.
