In have a 2016 limited crewmax with leather seats. My seats are starting to get dirty. Does anyone have neoprene seat covers on their leather seats? Does it slide around or does it get too hot?

I have sheepskins on my front seats, and have used them for years. They are cool in the summer and warm in the winter, don't have to use the heated seats.

You can always clean them, and condition them afterwards... Just a hint

I had neoprene coverkings on my last two trucks and I was very happy with them. But those trucks had cloth seats. I'm worried if they would get too hot in the summer since the limited came with leather seats. Also if it would be slippery.

I have Coverking samples here in my office, and it is Friday so I don't really want to work, so here is my experiment:
The back side of the neoprene is a mesh fabric. I rubbed it against the leather sample, and yes, it is slick, so it might be slippery. However, my experience with Coverking is that if installed right, they are pretty tight, so that might keep them from slipping.

So the final outcome of my experiment: I don't know if it will be slippery. :)

Costco in your area or online? I find that different costco stores carry different products even across town from each other.

If I get seat covers it's going to be something easy to remove and wash. Maybe to preserve the factory seats for future resale. However you could always get seat covers before you decide to sell or trade if the factory seats look that bad I suppose. If I got a limited I would put seat covers on only because i dont like leather seats that much--hot and sticky/sweaty or cold and hard. And the light gray interior on the limiteds i looked at 1. Looked way too washed out. Not enough contrast...the entire interior looked light gray. I like a little more trim and color contrast. 2. That light color is going to show every stain or mark you put on it.

My main purpose would be to preserve the seats for future sale. My last two trucks had immaculate seats when I traded them in and the stealership was amazed how clean the were. Also my two young kids love to kick the back of the seats. I might try coverkings from Costco one more time and if I don't like it I can always return it.

If you get the coverkings please share photos. I am curious how they look in the tundra. I see they have black sides with medium gray centers or black sides with charcoal centers. Not sure which shade would look best.

I’m actually looking at getting some tactical coverking seat covers and a dash cover. If you go to their site you can get some swatches for free to see the fabric and colors, I just ordered some to check out colors before spending so much on them.

The tactical covers should be durable, but due to the type of material they can't make it fit as tight as some of the other more flexible / stretchable materials. Make sure you search some pictures first to verify that you are okay with how it fits.

Check these out. I get dirty at work and wanted something I could take off and throw in the wash easily. So far it’s working out pretty good. Plus you can just spin it around and let it hang off the back of the seat when you want to sit on the leather. They were a win win for me.

I really like my leather Clazzios. I would not call them easy off and on. Headrests are the worse. The bottoms and backs on fronts are not that hard to get on and off.

The head rest is bad. I was sweating after the first one. You have to squeeze the oem head rest and tuck it inside the clazzio ones.

I just placed an order for the coverkings via Costco. I would probably be receiving it sometime next week. I paid 300 shipped. I will try to post pics.
