Hey guys I'm going crazy trying to figure out what to go with. Read 100 threads and it now seems like they all run together. I have a 2015 platinum with a Toytec 3 inch suspension lift in the front with Uca's and 1 in the rear. I also have fender flares on the truck. I would love to keep the 20 size tires. I'm looking to keep the tires inside the flares and no rubbing or cutting. Minor off-road use. I have no idea on offset etc. thanks for all your help.

from what I have read, if you get a 20x9 rim with +18 offset you can go with 33-35" tires and stay inside the flares. However, with 35's, I think there might be some minor trimming.
@Sean266 could definitely tell you what trimming there may be with 35's.

I did a CMC, removed flaps, trimmed some of the front bumper corners, and re-tac'd the liner. Probably didnt need to do all of that (I still have a tiny rub at full lock on the skid) but I want to ensure I was good to go. Check my build to see if that'll help you any.

BDS 7" lift with Fox coil overs and 2.5s in the rear, CB shackles w/ poly bushings, CB steering kit, CB poly rack bushings, Dakar rear leaf pack w/ CB poly bushings, Bushwacker paint to match fender flares,, Fab Fours premium bumpers font + rear, Fab Fours modular roof rack with lights all around, ARE Z series shell, BDS Traction control bars, Fuel Nutz 2 piece 22x10 wheels, Toyo MT 37X13.5, Spod overhead lighting control unit, Kenwood/JL Audio, Dynamat sound deadening throughout the cab, Morimoto 40" LED light bar hood bulge, Viper remote start alarm, Bully Dog tuner, S+B CAI, Retro'd HID Headlights, Morimoto 2-Stroke LED Fogs, Undercover tool boxes.
Here is a good example of what you can put on that set up. Mine is a 2016 Platinum 4x4 with Bilstein 6112s in the front and 1 set of shims for 3 inches lift, the rear has +3 CB shackles for 1.75 inches of lift. I'm running the factory platinum wheels which are +60 offset I think and 8 inches wide with BFG KO2s in 285/65/20. No rub at all. Hope that helps.

Also, I'll be selling these tires within the next week or so if you decide this is a size you'd like. They have about 4000 miles on them and have been great, I am just going up to a bigger lift and 35x12.50.

I went through frustrating research myself several years ago. If you have pocket style fender flares, go with 18 mm offset. But then 295/70/18 (34.5) is just about the largest size you could go with without having to cut the body mount. My tires are only a few mm away from the body mount at full lock, but there's no rubbing. I had to do the plastic liner mod. This is what the set-up looks like.

I have a 2015 tundra and I just ordered a 7" bds suspension lift. I am struggling with the tire size and need help. I was thinking 37x12.5 with an 18mm offset. Here is the question can I fit a 37x13.5 if so what do I need to do to make it work?
