Just thought i'd share for people looking to do a similar setup.

    -20x9 XD Hoss (+30 offset)
    -35x12.50x20 RBP m/t
-LRO 3/1 kit w/ Bilstein 5100 rear shocks

Zero rubbing anywhere. Removed front tiny flap and front mudflap, but prob could've left the mudflap.20180820_144806_HDR.jpg 20180820_142220_HDR.jpg

Stock for now, but have TRD Rear Sway bar for it.
I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Might be what I do to mine. Thinking the same kit and keeping my 20" wheels and just getting tires. Was thinking 275/65-20's.

I love it so far. TuFerLife u may have to trim a lil with the +20 offset, but these trucks look great imo w/ anywhere from +18 to +30

Man, that’s pretty! I hope +20 doesn’t put me in no man’s land. I was trying to do no flares. But if I do flares, I think i’d have to do 0 offset to get them to poke enough so the flares don’t swallow it up.

    Ugh, decisions!!!!

Yours is set up nice though!

+20 should be fine without flares. I had 295/70/18 on my last Tundra with +18 offset and it looked really good.

Here’s my install. Doesn’t look like I’m going to have to chop the body mount, but I’m definitely going to have to bend/cut the front liner... hoping a heat gun and bending can fix because I don’t want to start hacking a new truck.

Lookin good. I actually had to end up bending in the front fender liner myself. Noticed after a couple days driving it was rubbing a tiny bit. Just heated it up and pushed it forward a inch or 2

Nice! Do you think a +40mm on 9 wide will also work? Basically it would be tucked in +10mm or .38”

    I
I would say it should. I know with factory wheels (which i think is +60) i know people were running into issues with inner tire rubbing the UCA, but +40 should clear everything. Maybe small fender liner bending is all u should have to do once tires are on.

Thanks saw American Racing ATX series AX201 has a 18x9 at +40mm and shows a 110.5 bore with our bolt pattern. Figured high offset might be best bet for avoiding chopping. Lol.

Hoping to do the same with mine. I have 33’s now, and they look a little small. I honestly don’t know what my lift is though. It was on there when I bought it.

It's a tuff country 4" lift, pros are you won't break your piggy bank on it, only need a spring compressor and air or electric impact for install. Can be installed in a day I put 35s (34.8)in with no trimming just a little heat to move front wheel well plastic fwd 1/4 to 3/8" and a little bend to the eng.splash guard by the sway bar. Cons are this lift will shorten your CV life due to the angle. The ride is a little stiffer up front than stock (i like it and no need for front sway)due to the 1" aluminum spring spacer. The kit does not come with front stop block extensions. Rear brake line bracket has to be checked for proper clearance at full extension.

I think Bilsteins on top notch is 2.5". I think it'll depend on wheel offset. You'll prob have to do a cab mount chop. I had 295/70/18 on my last Tundra with Bilsteins on top notch. Those tires are a little smaller than a 35/12.50. Had Procomp 7032 wheels. I had to trim ALOT.

It'll be close. You'll prob rub. You could probably trim enough to make it work though. +30 isnt as extreme as some of the others out there.

Might want to look into front bumper shims if still rubbing. Installed some Toytec on mine and I got my turn radius back with no rub on my 35s with negative offset. 20210122_161439.jpg 20210122_173617.jpg
