Heard of green spots on the interior panels (I have one) but not white. They'll replace the items I'm sure.

15-crew-max, 2014 DC steering wheel is starting to fade on the left hand side as well. I don't even touch that area yet it's fading. I also had issues with the bedliner that was purchased from and installed by Toyota warping all over. Was able to get the bedliner replaced with a brand new one by Toyota. Apparently the one I had was a bad mold. The new one doesn't warp at all. Is anyone else having issues with the steering wheel fading?

My problem is the trim on the front roof pillars is sticky and I use a windshield screen all the time. Not sure how much support I'll get from Toyota but I'll bring it up at my next visit, 45,000 service.

I just had a Mazda3 dash replaced under an extended warranty and I was told Mazda wasn't the only brand with dash melting problems. I'd keep an eye on that dash and don't spray it with anything with ammonia in it. I'm watching my Tundra like a hawk for this same problem. I use a windshield sun reflector because I live in FL.

They said they hadn't heard of this problem but wrote it up in case anything came up and did a good cleaning for me. Why don't you take it in and tell them about it, the more problems like this that they hear about maybe they'll come up with a good fix. I'm going to keep checking mine and if it comes up again I'll make sure I tell them about it.

I remember getting a notification from Toyota on the wife's old Sienna about dashboards getting sticky and basically melting in the sun, she never had the problem since the van was garaged and didn't spend most it's time in the sun.

Yeah I just noticed it when I read your post about yours being sticky. Checked mine and sure enough... Sticky as fuck. I had just taken it in for service a few weeks ago. I will bring it up at my 20k service.

Thanks, I plan on talking to the dealer about it at my 15,000 mile service which should be later this month and I'll update this post. I'm noticing it on both columns and the steering wheel.
