Thanks! Yeah, just about any powder coating shop should be able to do wheels. They'll sand blast and then coat. I got mine done for $250, but that was with a buddy discount. I think about $85-$100 per wheel is normal? Not really sure.

Well, I just couldn't leave it alone and decided to see what it would look like with the wheel spacers. Kinda crappy pics, and the wheels rub both the front liner and the front-rear mudflap, but I think it looks good. I'm going to get an alignment today, I may just ask them to throw the spacers on. If not, I can't return them now and may have them up for sale soon.

It's been a while since I've updated this, so much has happened. We moved to Alaska about 5 months after my last post. I bought a '99 Jeep Cherokee XJ and that has been taking up a lot of my time and money. I have a build thread for that here: https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f46/my-1999-mild-overland-xj-build-253141/index4/

But I have made a few updates to the Tundra. RCI skid plate, color matched hood bulge and surround. I made my own bedrail system using this thread: https://www.tundras.com/threads/diy-unistrut-bed-rails-cheaper-option-than-oem.1906/
The Bakflip MX4 will bolt directly to the diy bedrail system.

My latest update is JBA Off-road HD UCAs. The install was easier than I thought it would be, took about 4 hours going slow.

And brand new Falken Wildpeak AT3W in 295/70. As she sits now:

    And for my next project:

    PXL_20201017_014528590.jpg

That's 45 pieces of 1"x1"x10' 6063 aluminum. The plan is to build a pop-up bed camper similar to the Project M https://fourwheelcampers.com/model/project-m/

Am I sure it will work? Do I know how to weld aluminum? Do I have a solid plan? Do I know what I'm doing in general? All answers are no, but I'm gonna try anyway. Stay tuned.
