What are these tail lights?

So I have an '02 Tundra and I was wondering if anyone knows what these tail lights are called and where can I buy them? I've looked all over the internet and found similar ones, but they're not exactly like these (The ones I've seen are sort of smoothly flushed with the body, while these have separate circles for each light, if you know what I mean) The last owner installed them, so I can't ask him since I got this at an auction. Thanks in advance.

 

I have seen those I think altezza make those.

I checked and Altezza makes something similar to those, but not exactly like the ones I have

 

To be honest you might never find them again. 1st gen tundra aftermarket parts are slowly going away.
