What have you done to your 2.5 gen Tundra today?

Yep, that grill looks alot better than your shift boot is gonna look with the tundra shift knob. Just saying. Lol

Btw false alarm on me being able to pick my piece up. I stopped by but they said if I swung by tomorrow they'd have it back together for me. So figured I'd give em the extra day and pick it up tomorrow. So we'll have to wait an extra day to see just how bad ass my middle console trim is gonna look.

Yeah u think so? I never even thought of that. I would've thought that would be a pretty common accessory that u could find pretty easily and available now and then. Hey the good news Travis if I do decide to break ur heart and use or keep it, is that the part was only I think $18 bucks. It's not very often u can find such cheap mods to add.

 

I paid $12.88 for mine.

 

Maybe mine was too, I forget. Maybe I'm confusing the .88 for 18? I just remember it was cheap, especially compared to all the other stuff I've added to my truck. I surprised the crap out myself the other day when I added all my mods to my insurance policy for the 2nd go around. I knew the 1st time I added it was a lot. The 2nd time even being half the 1st in additions surprised me it added up that quick. Makes me sick to think how much money I put into my truck. Still want more too uggh.

Maybe I should. I'm not 100% confident that the shifter will hold up after years of use. The other parts I'm sure will be fine. But if it was to start peeling or something and I couldn't get it down the road I'd be shooting myself in the foot. Yeah I think I will hold onto it just in case, then I'll only have to get my hands on the tacoma pro shifter which should be easier to find if mine don't hold up. Sorry Travis, I was just going to give it to you but so I don't keep u from getting 1 u probably should just pull the trigger on 1 that way I got mine if things don't go the way I hope with mine now and you'll have 1 too without me keeping you from losing out on getting 1.

 

Travis you can get it with blue or red stitching. Just go to Ebay and type in TRD carbon fiber shift boot. They are $12.88.
Didn't see blue until now, but I wanted red anyway.

 

Not a problem at all. I bet if you go to your local yota dealership and sit in a Tacoma trd PRO and grab the shifter, I bet you'd be pulling the trigger on the taco shift knob.

Stop tempting me, I don't need any more encouragement or bad influences on my tundra spending addiction. I'm gonna have to invest in a rtt very soon, might be living in it if I keep going at the pace I'm on and wifey sees that dollar amount in it.

Even the boys got it good starting at 4 yrs old on a raptor 90.

 

That looks like a beast. My son got this when he was only 14, couldn't even drive yet.

 

The things we do for our kids right. Now that my youngest at almost 5 is getting his time in on my now 9 yr olds raptor who started at his age and is now starting to outgrow it in a few years maybe I'll give the oldest my outlander when it time, the 5yr old can have the hand me down raptor and I'll upgrade to the Outlander 1000. That would e a perfect selfish plan, unfortunately I think my oldest should have a quad between his now and mine. Even though he respects the power of mine when I let him cruise around on it, I think in the trails it's too much for him to go from a 90 right to mine in the trails. Unfortunately there's probably like a 400 or so in his future before I can cash in on giving him mine. There's always wifey who could use 1 too in there somewhere in the plans. She loves to ride too.

 

Where did you get it? Does it come with all necessary hardware? (other than skid, of course.).
