Window tint, weather tech liners, vent visors, spray in bedliner, console vault, toolbox. Need to install brushguard, winch. Level and Rims/tires next.
Just ordered my second ESP underseat storage unit for my newest CM. (Still had them saved in my phone from my first purchase in Jan 2016)
I contacted Earl this morning and asked if we got a discount for being a member of this fine forum.. he said of course you do....
Just as I remembered from a year and a half ago, product is awesome and customer service is second to none!!
If anyone is interested in ordering from ESP trucks, he gave me a new discount code. It is (all Caps): TNDRASDTCM.

I'm really looking forward to my new storage unit! Will post pics after install!!
    Thanks again, Havasubud!!

I love my ESP storage. I did have a minor problem with the rubbing noise coming from the top of the backrest of the left rear seat touching the rubber seal of the rear window. I fixed that by shimming the bottom of the 2 rear seat stands. I have not seen anyone else having that issues so it's probably something specific to my truck, specifically the rear seats.

I sliced into that carpet like I was carving a turkey.

The ESP is an absolute must have.

When you all were installing this did you use a drywall keyhole knife, linoleum knife or something else?

I tried the linoleum knife and I found that it didn't make a clean cut. I happened to have a Buck knife in the center console so I gave it a try. It actually made cleaner cut. I think any sharp knife should work.
Here is the Buck knife I was using.

Yeah, gonna measure thrice on this one. Really don't want to have to buy new carpet and try again.

They send you a patern to trace so it’s a no brainer. The hardest part is lifting the seat while trying to drop in the box. I was able to to it by myself but it would be much easier with a helper.

I have been hearing this for about a month now. I figured my seat had shifted back after my install. Glad you figured it out for me. Were you able to just stack some washers to level out the stand?

I made a couple of shims to slightly raised up the rear of the seat.
Here is my DIY video on it. Let me know if that fixes it.

I know the feeling. Try stuff a rag to keep the seat and the rubber seal separated for the time being.

I'm still annoyed by the price, but it's still a very worthwhile mod. FYI, if you have the Styrofoam pellet insulation under the carpet instead of the fabric & foam then a drywall saw works really good at getting thru that crap.

I went with the plastic, not aluminum. Don't need locked storage and wanted something quick to access. Also less than half the price.

I guess if you really want to be cheap, go find some generic square shallow bins and cut squares yourself :)

personally I just keep the ratchet straps in the backseat pockets and a cheap tool box in the bed during long trips ( >500 miles )

Once installed I did not even think of the price - totally worth it. Just enough room for the few things I needed storage for.

The price is not that bad when compares to other mods I've done. Money well spent in my opinion.

There was a guy on here a while back who used half of a rifle case. It looked like it worked well, if you don’t want to spend the money.
