I'll post some more soon  But no not very hard to install, just need to not the tube outer mounts are what adjust the bumper angle. With mine I had to loosen bolts and set it to where the bumper was level and then slowly tighten down all nuts starting with the outer mounts
SOON :D But nah Pat had everyone beat on the skid, literally the second I decided to get a bumper he was snatching it up haha

    SDHQ's Drift+Offroad=Tacos - April 30th, 2016

Last Saturday night was a good time over at SDHQ! Free delicious carne asada tacos, badass trucks, cars, and all in good company! Serena was kind enough to reserve Tron a special front row parking spot next to Cliff's badass linked taco and @sdhq_offroad Pro Inferno Tundra! Can't wait for the next one :D Now you can all see my bumper..........I guess :p

    Man... Too slow I guess.

So they actually made you a bumper and let you pick it up? I need to call Cliff, I tried to get them to make me a set of sliders an they wanted to do the install as well.

The difference between the bumpers and sliders is that the bumpers are prefabbed and built on a jig whereas the sliders are not a production item and have to be built on the vehicle

How much do those cost? Looking forward to hearing what you think of them.

Do you know anything about the valving used in those?

Being a 3.0 they are way over kill for street driving. These would be for baja non daily drivers. I'm sure they would be smooth as glass on bumpy highways though and stay very cool.

Ehhh...I wouldn't go that far. 3.0 means more oil. Just like with our engines that have an 8 quart capacity and 10k mile oil change, the rebuild frequency for the 3.0 shocks will be decreased. Plus it's a big ass truck. Lots of truck means lots of valving.
And nobody is going to be running baja with stock width.

More oil means cooler shock like @jberry813 said. Less shock fade on a heavy ass Tundra is a biggie!

I don't know valving yet, Brian should be finished with them either today or first thing tmrw. Rough estimate on price for 3.0's with Resi and Clicker adjusters is about $2100. Don't quote me on that price, just an idea.

Of course not  still toying with the idea of their bolt in triple bypass....just don't know if ill ever need them.

I wanted to go with ADS being local and all but I fell in to the real Icons so I want a matching set. Love seeing a Pro all done up. Looking good as always.

Thanks Hunter! Tmrw morning at ADS its game time!

ADS Racing Shocks present the FIRST Tundra 3.0 Coilover! TRON of course will be getting the first pair and testing them out this weekend around the Overland Expo in Flagstaff, AZ  From the day I walked in with the question, "If a Raptor can, why can't a Tundra?" to now, I am yet again, unbelievably satisfied with ADS. No question I'm a lifetime customer. Here's what we're installing tmrw :yay:

Overland Expo West - Mormon Lake, AZ May 2016

I finally made it to the Overland Expo! It's a couple days later and I'm still trying to process everything from meeting the Expedition Overland crew to breaking Tron in with our first mudding trip  I am now determined to attend every year from here on out! Sucks I didn't take too many pics at the Expo, was too busy talking with vendors and having a great time collecting ideas and drooling over all the expo rigs

I arrived the Wednesday before it all started and stayed the night with our friends in Flagstaff, but woke up bright and early to drive down and check out all the vendors setting up. Here's the first pic I took in front of the Mormon Lake Lodge
    [IMG]

Right after stopping by I headed into the woods to find Quintin, Josh, and Bill (all fellow TacomaWorld members) who camped out the first night. Immediately after hitting dirt I knew it was time to try out my new 3.0s! :D Found mud instead...

Just before we got back to Mormon Lake we thought the Pelfreys were coming up from behind us
    [IMG]

Turns out it was the guys at Team Overland from Oregon rolling in to set up. They were really cool guys and immediately started handing out stickers and talking about how nice it was to see us driving around and exploring. Their TRD Pro T4R is currently the only other white T4R with Pelfreybilt's new plate bumper other than Satin herself ;)

Since we couldn't get into the Expo a day early we sat out front and watched all the badass rigs drive in, EarthRoamers, Unimogs, and so on....I just lost motor function to pull out a camera.... We ended up finding a nice camp with tons of trees later on, then Cliff from @sdhq_offroad showed up to hang with us for ahwile
