I know you feel like damaging his property in return ( and i would too) but two wrongs dont make a right plus is it really worth it if you get caught?

Heck yeah. All 4 fender flares will need to get paintes so they match again. Its a real bitch to match quicksand for some reason

 

Look for paint on the other guys bumper. Call police and report and show the officer what happened. Best way to handle this situation. Otherwise, your deductible is way less than the trouble you may encounter. Its not worth it.
