hey everyone. I’m a complete noob here and have tried searching already for answers to my question. I have a line on a pretty sweet roll bar I want to put in my 05 double cab. It came out of an earlier year Tundra. Would it make any difference? Are the beds the same across 1st gen Tundra years? Thanks for reading and hopefully answering

Does it mount on the bed rails? I think the DC's have a deeper bed than AC's. Shouldn't be an issue on the rails though.

Thank you for the reply. I believe it does mount to the bed rails

I picked this old school style bar up in NH a couple of weeks ago. It came out of an early 90s GMC. I looked at a lot of them on Craigslist and Facebook before finding this one which measured out almost perfectly. Most were too big or too small. C7D46361-806B-40F8-A73A-0BC9168D4352.jpg It really serves no purpose except I think it looks good and can carry some lights on the top. It needed a couple of inches in height so I’m using 2x6 pressure treated wood for elevation.
