That must have happened before you went there if the drivers side was against a planter. Unless it was rubbed by some kind of landscape equipment but that doesnt seem likely.

You could have done that and not even noticed it. I have one on my truck and i think I did it myself without even noticing it. Our rides are so big and sturdy you may never feel

Maybe if someone was backing out and heard the crunch then stopped. Does any of the black area come off when you rub on it and if it does, what does it feel like?

Those are what we call ‘character marks’. Sets you apart from the pack. Your signature if you will. Kinda like ‘Blue Steel’.

That wasn't much of a hater. I've had my WRX roof stepped on and fender pushed in, and I saw Adidas footmarks. I was also in the unfortunate, EBT holding, NOT-racist, part of the town. That doesn't look to be done intentionally though, and if it was it's not bad at all. I guess I've had worse and have built up a tough skin living in a human-rat infested city. Just like someone else said, good thing it wasn't on the body. You can take that part off and paint it.

Judging by the length of the scratches. whoever tagged you, hit you at an angle, flexed the flare pretty good, and damned near got the sheet metal. And they could well have hit the tire on the tread surface instead of the sidewall. Then had to reverse course to get out of there. In any case, as bad and as maddening as it is, I think it had to have be done earlier, since it is on the side that was next to a planter.

I finnaly got an answer. So i wasnt hit at my sons therapy. I got hit by a drunk bastard
trying to parallel park in front of my work. Cameras suck hear at work but im going next door to the bar he went in 2 and going to find out of hes a regular or not. I hope he doesnt mind 4 flat tires if i ever see him.

** i know i said my truck is locked up at the warehouse all day but on friday i had to leave right at 5 so i brought it to office and parked outside since it doesnt fit in the structure.. i didnt notice i was hit untill i loaded my son in his car seat after therapy.
