Regardless of how you feel, generally, about unions, I think it's a Big Deal if it's a 'speaking part' because then you're eligible to join a Big Hollywood Union... whatever that gets you-- but I understand it's not easy to get in.

But, if they just interview you and pick what to use (not scripted), maybe that doesn't qualify as a 'speaking part'? :notsure:

@Marty McFly is a Big Star. Maybe he'll tell us... unless his own contract forbids him discussing it, of course.

    Yo Yo!

Sorry still haven't uploaded any pictures!

Down for a meet up for the names to faces anytime in the next two weeks! After that Im back East until winter break.

Also am planning on going up to El Mirage to hit some trails with a buddy who just got a raptor. Neither of us really know what were doing. How do I prep? What do I need? Im not wheeling super hard and dont have skid plates lol. Thats the next order once I get back home. What should my tires be at in terms of PSI? What dampening level is best?

Not gonna push it hard, but still want to be prepared. My buddy has a lot of shop connections so if he breaks something it can easily be upgraded into something better..... Me, not so much.

At the very minimum I’d get a hitch shackle and a snatch strap Incase one of you get stuck. And at least some walkie talkies.

Also if you plan on airing down your tires, you'll need to air back up so I'd add a good quality tire pressure gauge and inflator like a Viair.

Ran an easy trail just outside SD, and good news it's wide enough for Tundras!

Haha I could, but this we call “Pine Valley Trail” because it’s off that exit, but it’s actually Bear Valley Loop.

I did recognize I-8 in the background and figured it was near the Sunrise Hwy exit.

I scouted Los Pinos Loop (off the Lake Morena exit) awhile back in the 4 Runner to see if it's wide enough for Tundras. All my research said it's a blue 'intermediate' trail but the spot pictured in the SoCal off-roading book has since washed out so the boulders are exposed... on a downhill stretch on a turn, about 2 Tundra-lengths long, with a tree on one side and dense foliage on the other. That small stretch is now red 'advanced', at least for anything with a long wheel-base.

I had a buddy as a passenger but no other truck to assist rescue or get help, so I backed out-- and that was steep and required MaxTrax in combo with 4x4 (killed me to do it :angrygirl:; adulting is no fun)-- .

I hope to get the pics from my friend soon and will post a trip report. But this here's your personalized update in case it's on your To Do list. If not for this stretch, the rest would have made for an awesome SoCal play date.
