Does anyone have a stock 3rd Gen Tundra double cab 4x4 that they can measure from the center of the front hub to the bottom lip of the front fender. I was told by my body shop that it was 22 inches, but Im thinking they did it wrong. I now have the pipe bumper installed and a winch and it is measing only about 21 3/4". The total weight added was 187 lbs. I expected a lot more than 1/4" of drop from 187 of additional weight. I can also tell turning the wheel that there is more weight on the front end. I am going to buy the 6112 fully assembled, and need to know what setting to put it on and if it needs to be a higher setting to compensate for the additional weight. So if the measurements are correct, and it was only slightly over 1/4" of drop, I will simply leave it at the 1.9" setting. So please if anyone has a stock double cab 4x4 tundra and can double check that measurement, I would greatly appreciate it.

Interesting. I am just a hair under 21 3/4" with the DV8 bumper and winch. Mine also measured 22" before. I'm amazed that it only dropped about 1/4". I think I am going to just set the 6112s at 1.9". That should be about 1.65" of lift with this bumper and winch. Im ok with a hair of rake towards the front. Thanks!

How long have you had the front coils? They'll settle a bit over time, especially with that heavy front bumper. Might want to set them a touch on the high side so they settle level later on; or just check it in a couple months and readjust.

My current factory OEM coils have only 24k miles on them and this weight was just added yesterday, so maybe I have less miles on my current coils then some others and thats why mine is sitting up.

On the 6112s I am going to order, I was under the impression that the 1.9" setting was the average lift after it settled. I am very torn if I should order them set at 1.9" or 2.5". I am trying to avoid having to lift the rear to get the truck to sit right.

Also I want to avoid having to replace the upper control arms to get the alignment right. I hear conflicting stories on how much you can lift and still avoid control arms. Some people say 2", some other says you still dont need them at 2.5"
