    7" BDS, ADS front and rear, Total Chaos UCA's, CB tie rods
    Had a Magnaflow muffler before I swapped to the BAMmuffler 8" system. Starting in the morning, the truck is throaty and not load, can't remember what stock sounds like. Cruising around town the truck is quiet but when I punch the gas, the sound is loud and hollow in a good way. Towing 4k lbs, it's quiet but when I go up hill there is drone. I haven't installed the resonator and I'm missing the tail pipe after the last hanger. I'm happy with the 8" system and I gained MPG's after putting the new exhaust on.

    I have the TRD duals and they are awesome. Obviously, a lot of people here have Dirtydeeds systems and love them as well. I don’t think you can go wrong with either one.

    TRD Duals, but I would not recommend it if you live in the snow belt. Its a terrible low grade stainless. Mine is rusting like mad from winter and salt placed on our roads. I would have gone Borla if I knew Toyota was using a 409 or lower grade of stainless.

    It doesn’t really make any sense to keep stock pipes and only change out the muffler. Full performance improvement is realized by doing a complete upgrade. Other than a complete catback, you would only be adding more sound with a stock pipe and aftermarket setup.

    On my 4.7L 2002, I have JBA short tubes running through a bone stock exhaust system.
    I have used this set up for 14 years, decent power gains plus a little more sound at WOT.

    They still sound good with resonators from the videos I've seen as well.

    Yup! I really love them and my neighbors all say that it sounds great. I ‘m sure you’ll love it. All the people on YouTube videos seem to love theirs. My wife who hates everything pickup trucks, like it as well :rofl:

    Please don’t see this response as trying to argue or prove you wrong. I’m only responding to make sure that others reading this won’t be misinformed.

    If you’re running stock exhaust manifolds. And stock cats. You want to use as much of the stock tubing and dimensions as possible and simply replace just the muffler.

    If you deviate from stock, usually going up in tube size, low end torque loss is eminent, despite what you see posted where they swear they didn’t lose low end torque. I promise they did and have convinced themselves that they didn’t.

    Low end torque loss dramatically effects drive ability on a tundra. Your truck won’t hold it’s gear. It downshifts all the time. Unlocks the torque converter. Low end torque doesn’t affect acceleration from a stop like a lot of guys think.

    Our trucks have vvti. If there isn’t the amount of scavenging in the system st the time that the vvti ‘activates’ then you get the opposite effect, reversion. Reversion thru the open valves makes the engine less efficient than if it didn’t have vvti on the first place.

    Bamufflers addresses low end torque loss and drone. No other bolt on catback for a tundra addressses both issues:)

    I have had the issue Keith is talking about when I purchased my first 2 cat back system one was Gibson second was maganflow and noticable torque loss
