I just got home from picking up my dream truck. A 2005 Toyota Tundra 4x4. 79000 miles and the previous owner kept it immaculate. I am so excited to finally begin my journey of modification heaven. Stereo is first, and Iam taking care of that this week. I also, this week, would like to level the truck out. It just looks so silly with the nose down. I am not planning on doing any hard core offroading so I was wondering what the best setup would be. Bilstein 5100's in the front, but what should I do with the rear? Iwill post pictures tomorrow as I am too busy celebrating tonight

    Welcome!
I run the 3" OME lift..another member here just did a Bilistein 5100

IIRC, a leveling kit is just a 3" lift up front and 1" block in the back...ride may be stiffer depending on what shocks you have.

Stereo, level it, front and rear bumpers. I talked to Billy at Brute Force a while back and he said he would build me some bumpers. The only down side is since he strictly does tacoma bumpers he said he would need my truck. Fresno and San Diego are not that close so I am going to call him today and see if he can do it off of measurements. If that doesnt happen, I will try to see if I can find someone locally

Alright. Good news. Billy, at Brute Force called and he said my bumpers will be done soon. I will get some before pictures up this weekend. Got some Fox shocks for the front, so the truck is nice and level now. I am still wanting to put some 255/85/16 all around but every place I go say they won't fit. Bullshit I say. Some of you on here have them. What, if any problems, will I run into. And if someone is going to reply that I will have to do the pinchweld mod, can you please walk me through what I will have to do.
