New nitro ridge graps

Just got my nittos installed on a set of 2018 TRD rims. I’m a little biased but I think it looks damn good. 295 70 18’s. As of right now haven’t noticed any rubbing and it’s not hitting the UCA’s. Currently raining but I’ll post more pics once it clears up

 

Are you running a lift or level kit?

 

Just a leveling kit. Bilstein 5100 at top setting

 

Should work, B51’s at top add ~2.3”

Looks like we got the same color! You don’t see many of them and I think they look sharp. Idk why they quit making it

 

Yes mine too, enjoying them a lot. Aggressive look but no pud-pud-pud mud tire sound. That rock shooter I mentioned only happens in the first few hundred feet when the tire grooves expand from centrifugal force and spits them all out, otherwise it’s smooth sailing afterward.

On heavy wheels I lost 1-2mpg. Keep in mind odo/speedo will also be off 6%, difference in size from stock.

Yeah I honestly didn’t notice much loss in MPG. Also was curious about the mph difference. I couldn’t notice much of a difference but just to be safe I drove about 5 mph under what the speedo said. Anyway to correct that?

That photo looks sweet. I’m out in Wisconsin so not much for trails but I’ll get to try them out in the snow come winter and some hunting trails come deer season

There are calibrators that can be installed to correct any speedo/odo. I generally don’t drive fast, and will use an app if I want to know my live speed. Bigger tires = slower odo count, good for resale lol

 

Yeah I guess I’m not too concerned with it. I learned the hard way with my last truck. Got a ticket going 10 over or what I thought was 10 over ended up being close to 15. Cop didn’t go for the whole “I didn’t know”
