Do you have a large foot? I wear a 14, and have heard the steps aren't all that large.

I don’t have them (I’d like to) but I know with my boards I can enter in a drunken stupor as a passenger and I don’t need to install an “oh shit” grab bar when I enter as a driver being 5” taller than stock, I can plant my feet anywhere and butt myself onto the seat.

I wear a size 9.5 and they’re a little small. But I had the stock oval running boards and hated them. At the very least these look amazing.

Ya those oval ones look dated. I'd get Magnums or Rhino's if I were to do it again.

Nice thing about full length boards that extend past the body is people smack their doors on them if they're parked too close, not your door panels. The con is the bracket is usually low, so not for off-road.

Hahaha! Yeah, sometimes we do have to sacrifice a little practicality in favor of aesthetics. In this particular case, however, it may end up being a legit safety issue for me.

I got mine in 2016 and while I love the design and functionality, I am totally disappointed at how quickly the powder coat faded to gray. I am considering getting them LineX'd, as I can't stand the look now.IMG_0521.jpg IMG_0520.jpg

So cool, what did they charge you? Did you take them off your self and take them to the shop or what?

    $300 for both.

I purchased them and took all the parts (minus nuts, bolts and washers) to them prior to installing. They did all the pieces, inside and out, with the premium mix.

I’m 6’5” with size 13 and they’re good for nothing but looks. I step over them to get in truck. They are for my wife more than anything functionality wise.

Thanks for the useful info, Crews! I'm 6'2" with size 14s, so it seems I should probably explore other options. I'm thinking about the motorized ones that retract and extend, but I have no idea how durable they are. I don't plan on doing any rock crawling or anything, but it seems like dirt would also be an enemy of that particular style.

Yeah I’m thinking about going to the RB10 or 20’s or the tyger ones on Amazon. I think a full length step would suit me better. They’re not horrible but definitely more for looks than functionality IMO.
