    I recently picked up some used TRD big brake calipers, but trying to decide on what color to powder-coat, or leave them red. I have a lot of blue powdercoat already under the truck, and a blue truck. TRD rotors and Porterfield pads are on the way. Let me know what you think!

    I guess it depends on what you’re going for. Blue would look cool but you do have a lot of it already. Personally I like splash of red. Or black would be nice as well as powder coating them the stock cast color. I think any other color would look weird.

    Just curious, will that brake setup clear an 18" wheel????

    That's one thing that sold me on the Tundra, the stock brake setup was already pretty beefy IMO, this is awesome and wretched overkill/excess. Love it.

    BTW, stick with the blue theme, black letters. Or maybe black with blue letters.

    Thanks! Like Matt said it has to be at least 20” wheels. The pics I just posted above are from today’s install, so they’ll be TRD red for now at least. If I end up not liking it I’ll just change the color later.

    Purple. Light purple, pastel. Get it close to your blue but distinctly different to make them pop from the side view.

    If I decide to scrap the red, this is what I’ll go with. I love the idea of the silver TRD logo.

    That's my kids RZR 170, so far from being a real dune buggy. I did just sell my Joyner SandViper 1100cc last weekend, so i'll post a pic of that! It was a lot of fun but needed room for the kids too, so I've got a RZR4 now.
