    Anyone had their bed cleats tie down stolen at all? What do you guys for theft prevention? I haven’t I just know they are very easy to take.D257A38B-59BD-455A-B648-139478E440DE.jpg

    I haven't had any stolen either but if I know I am going somewhere like a mall or a concert venue or something of that nature, I just take them off before leaving the house.

    At $44 bucks apiece they are valuable to the thief IMO. I worry about mine as well and have thought of simple ways of securing (bolts, locks, etc.). After reading this I think I will remove mine for the time being until I can secure them.

    On my old Titan you at least needed a wrench to get the end caps off the rails, so that made it a bit more difficult for thieves—I never had any stolen though. I had my Tundra for about 9 months before I put my canopy on and never had any stolen either.

    10 years with not even a tailgate lock or tonneau, never happened

    I suspect they don't make enough tundra for parts to be in high demand
