I just pulled my factort bedliner, and installed the factory cargo rail system. Trying to install the FrontRunner bed bars right now and it seems the slide bolts are too narrow (slide through rail) and the star bolts are too short?
Am I missing something or do I need to make a trip to the hardware store tomorrow?

I can just barely get the star bolt threaded and there’s still not much room.
Edited to add - I know the slide bolt is backwards, I had it correct when attempting to install but threaded it on wrong quickly for the picture.

    Like so

Taking all the washers off gives me more real estate on the bolt, but the fitting that goes into the rail still doesn’t seem big enough?

Nevermind - on the short bolts - found another package with right hardware. Still question - see below

Actually - now I’m confused lol
What are the end captured nuts? I don’t see how the bars mount to the brackets?

    Omg - nevermind lol
The gold bolt heads slide in the rail.

Can you share any pics of the rack installed? I just looked it up and it seems like a cool addition.

Yep! I love it! Although my Yakima box isn’t in yet. Also grabbed a folding kayak rack for fishing.

Thanks! They seem very solid. I almost ordered the KbVoodo, but they were $100 more and didn’t look to be built as solid in my opinion. I caught my 175# buddy sitting on one of my FrontRunner bars - they are super solid. I think they hold more than what the factory bed rail system can hold.
Here was my bed bar thread
