Ever since swapping over to painted bumper ends my fog lights have jiggled over bumps. I had a look today and simply added a couple zips ties and they’re rigid now.

One goes through the little loop on the bezel and the other one goes around the fog light screw. Both tie back to the bumper mount.

It isn’t pretty but can’t be seen so whatever.

@Roman sells little blue clips that help with this.they actually slide right into that slot that you zip tied.

Mine do the exact same, went from metal corners to painted plastic corners.

How do those clips work @Roman

I was going to bring that issue up with my Service Advisor next visit to toyota

the clips slide into the little slot and sort of wedge the fog light assembly into place. They don't take all of the jiggle out, but definitely makes it better.

I'm running there Morimoto LED fog lights. Ill have to take look, they reuse the stock surrounds. Would these clips still apply to non-oem fogs?

should.. on the drivers side shroud the little slot would be on the right bottom corner where the fog light assembly goes under/in the slot. I believe the passenger side is the same just reversed if i remember. Wish I had a pic to show you.

They clip through the little slot on the back of the bumper end and into the fog light to help hold them still.

    Look almost identical to these:

Mine only jiggle very slightly. Just swapped to 18 LED fogs and they seem tighter than the stock halogen ones.

That slot that the clip slides into is the one above in the pic that the zip tie goes through.

@Roman is the fog bezel the same between the chrome and painted bumpers ends? i just installed the painted bumper ends and my fogs jump around like crazy! so much so that i just turned them off for now. i ordered the clips, but it sure does seem that the trucks with painted bumpers on the lot at my local dealership are ALOT tighter than my fog bezel?

Are the FL beams adjustable? If so, how many of you on here are lifted 4" or higher have adjusted the beams?

From experience I wouldn’t bother with the blue clips. Zip ties are your best friend with this one.

Yep, all bezels are the same. The OEM plastic bumpers utilize those little blue clips to keep the fog light housing tight.

I took mine apart and put a rubber o-ring on each side of the adjuster to take up the slack.

I put in my 2018 LED oem fogs and I thought I was loosing it because my drivers side fog was shaky when driving and bothers me seeing the light spread shake while driving! I may give that a drive!
