I know I'm a little bit of a TFL fan boy, but I think you'll like this little bit of Tundra fun. #Gen3FTW

Meh. 15 seconds. Never understood drag racing big-ass trucks at the strip (off-road racing is a different story).

Give me some real power if you are going to drag race.

I’m the opposite I would drag race anything. It’s all fun to me. As long as I’m racing something that is similar in power, it’s fun,
Shit I would drag race freaking moped if I had some competition. To me a close race is where it’s at. It’s the...come on come on come on come on go go go feeling that is hard to replace. I’ve been in fast cars down the dragstrip, it is exhilarating. But even those feel like a slow turd when it’s a close race.

Doesn't matter how much you 'suck at driving' aka your reaction time. Trap speed tells the HP story. Both trucks trapped at 93mph. If he was really 50hp more, he should have trapped @96-97 mph vs her 93mph. Even with his heavier wheels and bigger tires he should still trap @95+ mph

Goodnight, where did they find two Supercharged Tundras that run so bad. The only thing I can think is they didn’t; disable the traction control, run it in 4X4, and didn’t hold the brake and throttle until the light turned green. Doing those three items would easily get you in the 5’s 0-60. Hell mine was under 6 seconds (5.35) running in about 4” of mud at the flat drags.

I can see the attraction just from the standpoint of a close race. But going faster is a lot more fun.

He needed slicks. That’s the only way to get a 2wd to hook up if you don’t have a locker.

Ditto that is how I run my SC Tundra. I also have the tow haul button on even with the BD tune it gets better performance that way.
