    Hey guys

I'm at a loss on this one.... I rebuilt and revalved my icon 2.5s over the weekend and while doing my final height adjustments I noticed the passenger side travels/droops down close to 2.5" lower than the drivers side......

Had anyone experienced this ??? Not only that the passenger side when fully drooped out is over extending the CV causing it to almost pull out, so I may be ordering limit straps

Looking for ideas here, I have to order new springs as the drivers side of the truck is WAY to compressed for my liking due i believe due to the aftermarket gas tank

Is the top mount on the passenger side broken?

Did you leave the shaft spacer out? Idk about icon but most coilovers will have an inch and a half aluminum puck on the shaft.

If they were fine before the rebuild, sorry to say but most likely there was some sort of operator error with the rebuild. Take it apart and see what’s going on.

Can you get clearer pictures? Both sides should look the same and they dont.

Both sides are not the same adjustments, good old toyota lean, I should have swapped the coils side to side though... I'll get a clearer picture of the passenger side later today

Honestly not sure if both drooped the same before as never had a lift before to pay that close attention

No the top plate is not broken it has an opening facing outwards

The shaft spacers are both in from my memory and I specifically remember the passenger side going in as I had to pull the Piston apart again as it was on the bench still

You top plate mounts are different side to side....

Looks like one is installed upside down. Thats your issue.
