I have a 2007 SR5 with the 4.7l. I've had it for almost 5 years now and it's stock everything.
I opted for the 4.7l because I figured I could make the upgrades down the road to increase hp and torque. Financially it was my best option because initially it was my daily driver and fuel prices in upstate ny are stupid.
With that being said, here is what I'm looking to do:
    Exterior:
Grill, headlights, tail lights, tires/rims, lift or leveling kit, brush guard, tonneau cover, bush wacker fenders.
    Performance:
Air intake, cat back split exhaust...????? Not sure what would be most practical after that in order to up the performance with out dropping too many green backs.
Obviously, at this point appearance is more of a priority than performance, reason being is that I can satisfy my need to improve my beloved tundra by spending a little less cash. So I am reaching out to everyone and anyone with suggestions for these upgrades. I'm not looking to throw cheap upgrades on my truck, I want to make smart upgrades. Thanks!!

Thanks! I've been thumbing thru them, I like the flow master true dual system, I plan on doing the install myself. I'm not a mechanic, but I can turn a wrench. Any "heads up" before I get started?

I'm not an expert in the exhaust install area, so I would refer you to Google and YouTube lol. :)

I watched a YouTube video and it looks way to easy, that's why I asked. Sometimes the videos can be deceiving.

Some Mods :) See build thread for details
I would suggest supercharger to get the HP up. The intake and exhaust wont do that much.
You said appearance is the most important right now so i recommend plastidipping all chrome (grill surround and bumpers), adding a grillcraft or custom satoshi grill on the front, and new wheels and tires. These items will drastically change the appearance of the truck in a good way.

Yeah, I would agree with csuviper if you want appearance, plastidip is a cheap easy alternatie to change the look rather quickly. Rims would be my next upgrade.

If you want exhaust and intake you usually see a loss of low end and a gain in high - not always true but what most people see.

Good info csuviper, I know what look I am trying to achieve with the grill, I can't find one that works on the '07, however plastidipping the chrome might get me in the realm of where I want it to be.
I'm going to order a set of cooper discoverer at3's for it (I don't plan on wheelin' it) so stock dimensions for now. I'd rather put my $$ into an exhaust and cai.
thanks for the info, I'll be plastidipping front/rear bumper, badges and grill. I'll post before and after photos of my project as time goes on.

Ok, so where can I buy plastidip? I went to a local parts store and nothing but rust oleum and duplicolor.

HD usually has black, and sometimes white. If not, dipyourcar.com

Any dual exhaust on our trucks will drop the low end tq and move it higher in the powerband, unless you have a supercharger. If you can get a free flowing dual in single out exhaust system it will up your hp and tq though.
