Yes. I paid the price listed at the beginning of the post. They said the 25% off code wasn’t supposed to apply to new headlights but they made a mistake. TRS honored their error in pricing.

Thanks but I’ve gone through the ringer for three months with a retrofitter on my first set of 18 headlights. Paid in full and still have not seen anything yet. But my 18s from TRS will be here this Friday!

 

Well is that retro company in here? If so, blast him so none of us use him.

 

He is not listed on this forum. But I don’t want to mention them until the fraud claim is settled.

 

I remember that day when they started attacking @ARamirez73 they seemed so desperate that even sent me this offer, but I said “maybe” just to be friendly with him, he were banned from the forum that day (or he deleted his account who knows what happened) because can no longer find his user name.




The offer sounds good but nah, I know the cheap generic connectors they use and I don’t want to start having problems for bad quality harnesses.

You can't go wrong. I think it's like 10 bucks more. I'll save 10 bucks a different way thank you very much. I bet his cost twice as much to produce too. You won't believe the quality when you see it.

 

There are two different ones. For my SR5 application, which one should I get?

 

Harness or lights?
Harness you need the one from ihacker that's for sr5,pro,limited. Not the platinum/1794.
For lights you can get chrome or smoked sport they are similar looking ,one is just slightly darker inside.

 

Yeah, the harnesses. I was under the impression that there was a harness that did a fade to the DRLs and one that just had them come off and on abruptly

I got my harness from @iHacker a few months back. So I’m excited to finally get to use his product with my new headlights! The headlights from TRS are the black housing not the chrome.

 

I have the black too and love them. Imo they are just right amount of blacked out. Looks like the 2019 pro lights are even darker, but maybe too dark for me.

 

Well my 18 OEM headlights arrived today!
