I friend of mine has a 2007 Toyota Tundra 5.7 4X4 near mint, never off road only has 77K miles, meticulously maintained. The other day he started it and got these codes. C1203, C1336, and U0100. Dealer wants to charge him $2300 for a cable and installation. Anyone have any knowledge with these?

I know U0100 is a lost communication with the ECU but he shut it off and restarted and the codes were gone.

    Thanks for the help.

Ok a little more info.....after further conversation he had Toyota replace the "Spiral Cable" for VSC and ABS lights.....also seems that the only time there is an issue is when he uses the Parking/emergency brake. Also Toyota is telling him it is the ABS actuator.....

Are there the same or different codes after "spiral cable" install?

No codes were taken prior to the Spiral Cable replacement.

Thoughts or comments on trying to do a Zero Point calibration to try and fix this??? Anyone have the instructions for performing the Zero Point calibration for this model Tundra? Thanks!!
